You may take over leadership of another Civilization on this tab by picking Take Seat option.     It's impossible to load any saved game that was made after the patch is installed. I choose the save file and click "load". The mouse pointer turns into the revolving globe to indicate that something is being loaded. The music stops and the game becomes completely non-responsive. The globe is still revolving and I can move it, but nothing changes. And when I [ctrl] - [alt] - [delete], I see a windows error message, saying that the game has stopped working and that windows is trying to find a solution.

    This fails and the only option is to turn the game off. This now means that the computer has to be left running continuously to play with out a single save, or I just have to wait until they fix it.
